My Son's First B-Day Cake
This was my first attempt at a sculpted cake. I think it came out pretty well except for the fact that the octopus looks like he has jaundice. Chocolate cake w/ buttercream filling covered with BC fondant.

Did you have this in the freezer or refridgerator? The fondant looks wet/glossy/sweaty and that is what happened to mine when I put it in the freezer. I love this idea for an 8 year old's birthday!
