Here is the graduation cake made for my son, using the cap cake on top of the 11x15 cake (which was the first time torting a large cake). Found out that black is a hard color to make, and that next time I will start the word "congratulations" more to the left......could not fit the whole word on and had to cut it short! LOL!!!
