This cake was made for a double shower at the school where I worked. I used for the first time MMF and I am in love with it. It is easy and cheap to make, it has a great look and it is easy to use. Try it, you will be amazed!

cute .. I think I will mix some MMF up tomorrow and work with it .. I wonder how it will taste, the texture of it (is it going to be chewy) etc... I'd love to do a wedding cake order I got for September in it if I can get good enough w/handling it :) nice cake :)

This is wonderful! I am new to cake decorating and I was just wondering what MMF stands for. Thanks!

So cute, and you did such a good job! Lizzie, MMF is Marshmallow Fondant, recipe is on the list here at CC.

Thank you for the comments. Marshmallow Fondant is very easy to work with. Yes, it is like plastic, it is very pliable and it taste great. I am going to stick to it after trying a lot of fondants and chocolate plastics.
