Fondant And Roses
My "fiasco cake", first big cake for a non-family member. She ordered all white with dotted fondant ribbon and bows around each cake; there WERE actually bows on the cake, but all but the bottom one fell off in transport and then broke at one point while trying to get them to stay, so the florist saved me and stuck a rose in each empty spot...SO not what we planned! Chocolate with banana cream filling, white with lemon, yellow with raspberry, and chocolate with chocolate. Also my first attempt at fondant

Well, thanks you guys! You're sweet. It was a 6, 8, 10, and 12, if I recall. I still cringe when I see the roses instead the bows. You can see the remaining bow at the bottom; it would have been SO pretty that way.
I'm taking a fondant class soon.... I hope my first cake looks this good!! BEAUTIFUL!!
