Simple Waves And Dots
White cakes with raspberry BC filling, IMBC frosting, and silk flowers, done as a gift for BIL. Sat out in an open doorway in Santa Barbara for hours last June and survived without melting. They tell me their friends are "still talking about that cake" because it was so delicious. :)

It does need to be refrigerated, actually. All I did was make IMBC, puree 2 packs of frozen raspberries, press them through a strainer, and add the pulp and some raspberry flavoring to my imbc filling. It was delish!
