Birthday Cake For Colleague
This is an almond pound cake torted into 4 layers and filled with cherry pastry filling, frosted with a thin layer classic buttercream w/ amaretto in it, and covered in satinice fondant. Didn't exactly look like the picture in my head, but I'm satisifed with it. Used and impression mat for the sides, my first time using one.
