The water is made of royal icing that I piped on with a basketweave tip, I used the side without the scalop you can find that tip with Ateco. After it dryed I brushed on some blue piping jelly. The palm trees were made with choclate paste on a bamboo scewer and then I took silk leaves that are wired, usually found in a craft store and I cut grooves in them to be like a palm tree then painted them with some green chocolate. You can use royal icing or gumpaste but I thought this was faster :D
