A 4 tier, square wedding cake, iced in buttercream, with a diamond pattern inlaid into icing, and fondant pearls, it was decorated with flowers to match the brides bouquet and table decorations.  3 different flavors and the grooms cake was white.

Thanks for the nice comments...the MOB called me last night and said the bride loved it, so I feel at ease now! This was a very time consuming cake the way I did it. For the diamond pattern: after letting the buttercream crust and smoothing it, I marked off my cake layers top and bottom in intervals of 1-1 1/2", depending on what layer it was. I then took a wide edged ruler and hand did my line indentations for each line, then went back and crossed them.
