3 Tier Christmas Mini
Playing with cake today and made this mini. Needs some more design elements on the bottom two tiers, but I forgot to do it before I put on the holly leaves. The pearls were supposed to be snowballs, but they are too small. I haven't done many cakes, so practice is a good thing. And my kids don't complain when they have to eat cake :)
Forgot to mention...the tiers are 2", 3" and 4". Used MMF for all. Need to work on that, too, I see. A little smushy in spots!
do you have pans that size? Or are you using a cutter? Really cute cake btw..by Christmas you will be a pro.
The top 2 tiers are both in one pan. The bottom tier is a 4" pan. I cut the top two apart to get the fondant on, though.
