what a creative cake. I love how you made the water two toned. did you use fondant on the viking boat?

I fashioned the dragon after one Debbie Brown did....and I used (gasp) chocolate fondant on the ship and a 50/50 for the dragon. The sail was an edible transfer onto fondant...it was heavy...and the skewer I used had a tough time holding it. Also the humidity was high...but it held up, thankfully.
