I made this Saturday for my grandmothers 73rd birthday. I used bc icing. Top 2 layers were chocolate, middle was yellow and bottom was Pineapple filled with a great pineapple filling recipe I found on this site. Thank you ladies for shring your recipes. I had already put all together and had to pull it apart because it just wasn't staying in place. So after all the hadr times I had with this cake I think that in the end it was a success! I think that it makes a great wedding cake.
