Fire-Breathing Dragon
Used round cakes and cut to shape. Buttercream for all the icing except the wings and the spikes. They were made from white choclate with a bit of foodcolouring added. Used a crumb layer (which I made pink so that when the cake was cut it looked as if the dragon was bleeding) then the final layer of icing was made stiffer to hold the pattern I used for the scales.
Great Job! I like the idea of a pink crumb coat.
