This cake was done for a friend's grandfather's 80th birthday. The bottom layer is a 12" and the top a 10". The cake was orange flavored w/ strawberry filling. The icing is a cream cheese decorator. To finish off the cake i used gumpaste oranges, candied orange peel, and fresh gerber daisies. This was my first attempt at a stacked cake. I def gave myself a pat on the back after this.
