Cherry Blossom Wedding Cake
Chocolate mousse cake covered with white fondant and decorated with gum paste flowers. The branch is made of modelling chocolate. I made the mistake of not putting enough support on the bottom layer so it is sinking in the left side of the cake.
i love how it looks like the flowers are floating in the wind down the cake. they look so soft sitting there.
