When putting them in the molds you make an indentation with your thumb , after they come out of the oven you press caramel into the indent and it kind of melts onto the cookie. Then cover with chocolate

I used a hard candy mold for the roses, baked them on the sticks and then wrapped floral tape around the stick and put in some silk rose leaves.
