Horseshoe With Red Roses
This cake is iced smooth with buttercream. Buttercream roses. This cake is done for a friend whose father passed away in February, right before her birthday. He is a horseracing fan, so this cake will honor him on Friday as she will finally celebrate her birthday, the day before the Kentucky Derby.
The rose look great, your icing is very smooth! It's really a very, very nice cake.
