French Vanilla with buttercream frosting and royal icing flowers (large pink and white w/pink centers) Filled with fresh sliced strawberries and heavy whipped cream.
Ok..I was really tired when I did the writing ...being lazy I guess...so I went over to the computer and printed out her name in flip horizonal. Then I took parchment paper and traced the back in the pink buttercream. I just flipped it over the cake, placed it on the cake and pressed it on. Then I peeled the parchment off and the icing stayed!!! I nearly fell over with excitment that it worked and looked great! I used a tip# 3. Oh and the scroll work was done in freehand. thanks for the comments!
