This is a white cake with BC filling. It's iced in BC. The water is blue tinted piping gel, and the sand is crushed graham cracker. I had to make a small BC border to keep the piping gel and graham cracker from sliding off the sides. The bottom border is royal icing with BC leaves. The characters are teddy grahams. The life rafts are gummy savers. The "sand castle" is a tootsie roll, and the beach ball is a gumball. I couldn't find the smaller drink umbrellas, but that would have looked better.
