This is the second cake I've ever done. It was for my friend's son's birthday..pirate theme. I'm thankful it came out the way it did and I got it to her house with no problems. The buttercream icing was a bit soft and it was hot out so I kept putting the cake in the frig for a few minutes and the icing to harden it up a little so I could make the borders. I should have taken a picture of what my kitchen looked like after I was done the cake!
