Flower Mini-Cakes
I was hired to do these for a little girl's school birthday party. The mother wanted something cute and unique, but w/o the hassel of cutting a cake. They were yellow cakes cute into the shape of flowers, coated with bc and then w/ poured fondant, finally embellished with yellow and white bc.

thanks yal for the comments...i used a metal cookie cutter to cut them. it worked so much better than a plastic one, learned that by trial and error.
