Lemon Cream Cheese
I actually made this cake for work, but it is something I would do for a wedding (at least part of one). This is lemon cake with my signature lemon cream cheese frosting. It was super tasty! Flowers are buttercream.

It would be a loevly wedding cake. You did such a great job on it. Are you buttered up enugh to give the lemon cream cheese iceing recipe yet? If not let me know and I'll try again......
1/2 pkg cream cheese, 1 cup crisco, 1 stick of butter, 2lbs p.sugar, 2tbsp mer. powder and only use fresh squeezed lemon juice instead of water. no vanilla or other flavorings, only lemon juice (fresh)
