That turned out super cute! I love the tri-coloured border, it's perfect on this cake!
Thanks everybody! For the "plaque", I found a coloring page I liked, cut out Dora, rolled out fondant, cut around Dora to get her shape, then drew her on with Americolor pens. Very easy.
