Salmon
Airbrushed fondant with gumpaste fins. I think he looks a little cartoon-y (and overfed haha), but not too bad for my first fish :). The coolest part is that he's got a top and bottom layer of red velvet and a center layer of white (kinda like the bone) and there are gummy worms in the belly section!

Great job. too funny, that much have been quite a surprise when they cut it. I love that Idea though I have to do a rainbow trout in Nov I may have to borrow your idea!! He is not cartoony either, I think you did a great jobwith it all.
