This is a chocolate cake with pudding for filling, per my nephew's request! They figured I'd make a sheetcake and put a toy on it - but I just had to try this! My husband said he had a crash in turn 3!!! LOL The back end collapsed because the cake was too soft and the cakeboard wasn't long enough. I also ran out of time to finish details because of a last minute cake for a friend that ended up being a nightmare! Oh well - they know they're my guinea pigs!!
