2Nd Wedding Cake
This was a rum cake, one layer of chocolate filling, the other vanilla, with butter cream frosting-small backyard wedding-cake modeled after one seen in the brochure of the fancy-shmancy bakery I worked for-not quite as perfect as theirs but I was pleased. Bride had the topper done by her florist & I arranged the bottom layer of flowers by placing a small round board down first, then gobbing up a pile of BC & using it to anchor the stems.
