Father's Day Shirt And Tie
11x15 dark choc. w/ choc. ganache. I'm new to fondant, but I gave it my best shot. I liked how the collar and buttons came out (buttons don't show up well here). The tie looks smudgy in the pic, but didn't look that way in real life -- we can't figure out why it looks so different in the pic!? I had a heck of a time moving the piece to the cake, and I had some cracks, but overall, I was happy with it. Cake was a hit -- nothing left. Will just keep trying!
Oops, forgot to say that the shirt/tie are fondant, but that's probably obvious to most on this site! :)
