been working on this one for a while, its a dummy cake that i cut and carved to get the shapes, its covered in 2 layers of fondant to get a smooth surface (dont look to close though..lol), my next mission is to make this out of real cake and hope it dont fall apart. i am hoping to display this at my local florist to bring in some wedding cake orders....

I love this cake, it is so dramatic with it's black and dark red flowers. Beautiful.

fantastic, are the flowers fondant or actual ribbon, it is so good you can't tell the difference. Oh to have talent like yours!

thanks chezz, yes the roses are fondant they took me a few goes to get them to look this way.....lol. cheers kylie
