Love you dad

this is a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting all homemade, Our dad's most favorite cake ever!. the Beck's beer is also his favorite beer. I just devided some of the cake batter to bake it separately in a small loaft pan and slice to a shape of a half beer can. All of the frosting is creamcheese frosting mix with food color. I really enjoy making this cake and the rest of the family enjoy eating it ^__^
