Castle Cake
This is the HARDEST cake I have ever made!! This is the first time working with candy melts (thanks, ladies on the candy forum for all your help and support) and the first time I have worked with royal icing (which wasn't stiff enough!). I was disappointed that my sticks were too long, but the birthday girl LOVED the cake and that's all I can ask for!!
Love this one. I did it too for my 5 year old this year. I can see you have a steady hand at writing on a cake! Not me...I'm a shiverin' !
