Gift Box Cake
This was my first gift box cake and first gumpaste roses that I made for a friend's birthday. I was so busy this weekend, that I forgot to cut down the lid and left it way too big for the box. I didn't even notice it until I assembled the cake. Ooops! Amaretto cake with vanilla IMBC and fondant.
i can't even notice the "large" lid! i think it looks great! you should be very pleased with yourself!
