Bottom layer is 12 inch cherry chip cake iced and filled w/ bc. Top layer is 8 inch white cake filled with cherry pie filling, iced in bc and coated in crushed graham cracker crumbs. Tiki huts are cupcakes (idea from snowy811). Palm trees are pretzel rods w/ buttercream leaves. Flowers are bc drop flowers with 4 dots instead of 1 to make them look more tropical. Hula girls and tiki torches are purchased cupcake picks.
