50Th Wedding Anniversary Cake
This was my very first tiered/stacked cake. I'm taking my final for Wilton 1 on Monday and I needed practice making roses. The top tier is Carrot Cake, the middle is the Whimsical Bakehouse white butter cake with strawberry filling. The bottom is Chocolate with whipped chocolate ganache. The whole thing is covered in the crusting cream cheese frosting from the CC recipe page. I'm so proud, the whole thing is from scratch!! Not bad for my first time :)
