Absolutely beautiful cake. You did an excellent job. This just so happens to be my wedding colors too. I love pastels. My husband & mother-in-law are both diabetics & I would sure love your recipe for this cake & icing if you don't mind.
oops...I didnt mean to be misleading...everything is sugar-free EXCEPT the roses, which the bride knew...and was ok with...they are regular royal and were removed when serving...for the diabetic groom and guests. The recipe was a doctored sug free mix and the icing...i will find the recipe and pm to you.
Kay, I would also like to receive your recipe for sugar free icing. You run into so many diabetics and they all want something sweet once in awhile. Also where do you find sugar free cake mixes? I have only seen them at the Christmas Tree Store and that is an hour away. I think they are Sweet and Low brand, not sure, But they only make one layer with each mix.
