Whew!! It's finally done and over! LOL Not exactly what I had in my head, but pretty great non-the-less! Bride loved it, and has already recommended me to 3 of her friends! I am just glad that it made it in fairly good shape(minus a couple of touch ups at the site) and didn't take too long to set up. I am pleased over all with my results, but I will never do this flavor of cake again for this big of a wedding!!!!

Hawaiian wedding cake. It has a lot of added ingredients that are costly and make the cake much heavier than a normal cake. But it tastes really good!

She never thanked me for it, and she lost my plates, etc. Her mom replaced them, but they are not the same. Oh well.....live and learn! I learned alot from it!! And i took the orchids and made an amazing decoration for our front door! Woot for me!!
