This is a lemon cake with raspberry filling and the Wilton BC recipe. The NY was done using the frozen buttercream recipe (my first attempt at it) and the baseballs and baseball bat is made out of a gumpaste fondant mix.

Very nice, this is the kind of Father's Day cake I would make, my father is a big Yankees fan.
