Final cake for Fondant & Gumpaste class. Lemon cake with lemon filling, iced in a generous layer of buttercream then covered in Fondant. The Carnations and ribbons are gumpaste. No, I didn't spill a bottle of pepto bismol for that pink! I was watching the baseball game and putting "drops" of pink coloring on my fondant at the same time. In my excitement of the game the drops became a stream real quick! LOL. Oh well, it was for us to eat anyway since it is my last Wilton class cake.
