A small cake with ribbon roses

Our baker hurt his hand very badly in one of the machines 2 weeks ago and will not be able to bake for another 4-6 weeks minimum. His wife has been taking over the bakery and is really tired already. She bakes non stop from 3 am till 6 pm and I really mean non-stop. I wanted to show appreciation and made her this cake. Choc cake (good for the Nerves) with cranberryjamfilling, covered with choc. rolled Buttercream mixed with Fondant, ribbon roses and BC Leaves
