This was a Christmas birthday where John was studing to become a chef. The bacon & eggs on the platter were made of almost cooled white choc in the form of a blob on parchment paper, quickly add 2 yellow M&M's label side down & a pretzel stick broken in 1/2 & there's your bacon & eggs.
