Wedding Cake
This is my second wedding cake. I don't have photos of the first one. On this one i used the white almond sour cream cake recipe and the white canned buttercream frosting from wiltons. This was for an outdoor reception in June. We kept the cake in a refrigerated aired camper until the last minute so it wouldn't melt. It worked great and everyone said it was the moistest cake they had ever tasted.

such a beautiful cake!! How many did it serve?
We served around 40 people. The bride took the top layer to save. There was cake left over. It was 2-10" layers 2-8" layers & 2-6" layers. We probably could have served another 25 or 30 people.
