This was made for memorial day I tried to make tassles out of buttercream and it didn't work. This was a very interesting cake to make because I had 3 neices and a nephew hanging over my shoulder wanting to eat the frosting and giving advice.LOL I made the pattern for the flag myself but I got the Idea for the cake from a book
