Auction Cake #1
I copied this idea from another user here on Cake Central. I loved her idea and decided to attempt to make it and have it auctioned off at our Youth Bake Sale at church. It brought in $50 towards thier Mission Trip this summer. THe outside is Pirouline Cookies (Pirouettes?), with Chocolate frosting and chocolate cake, with a cute ribbon on the outside.

Chocolate Frosting piped with tip 2D. :)
Oh, okay!! It had so much texture I thought it had to be something besides icing.... I think what you did is wonderful -- very fresh and definitely not your average cake.
just beautiful.........I thought they were chocolate shavings........clever idea using the tip to get the texture.
Sounds yummy! I thought it was something else too, like crushed cookes.
