In album: red
A big learning experience. I was in WAY over my head on this one. All different flavors and fillings, buttercream icing and decorations. Real roses.

The cake looks great. What size of cakes and what type of fillings did you use? Are those 3" pillars?
lotsoftots 6/14/06 at 4:15pm
The bottom 6 and middle tier are all 10" cakes. The bottom tier is 14" and the anniversary tier is 6". The bride requested banana cake with vanilla pasty cream filling, chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling, and yellow cake with chocolate mousse filling, so there are 3 of each kind of cake. I used 5" pillars as the cakes were double layered and torted--a little over 4" tall when assembled.
