I was asked by a friend to make an "elegant" mexican themed 21st bday cake... this was the best i could come up with! It's a red velvet cake so it'll look pretty cool when they cut it open.

Thanks... all the decorations are modelling paste... wasnt sure on how to make the hat, - it's supposed to be a sombrero
