Thank Heaven Course 1 is over; however, we're going to have the same instructor for Course 2. This is only till I'm done with Course 3--then I get to teach! Anything that could go wrong last night...did. It was like 90 degrees where we had our class and I had to make a carrot cake with the crusting cream cheese frosting (the one on CC). My RI even turned into a mess. So needless to say I'm not very happy with this cake. Hard to believe I've been decorating for 22+ years!!! Thanks for looking.
