I made this for my daughter's 1st birthday yesterday. This is the first time I have ever made my own icing much less decorate the whole cake!...so while it is not perfect, I am really proud of it!! The top layer was carrot which we removed for her to play in. The bottom was chocolate and very yummy! All the icing is buttercream and the daisies, banner and #1 are MMF.
