This is a birthday cake I did for my manager's daughter...she was my summer student and a lovely girl so I told my boss I would make her a cake as a present..this is what I came up with..it is scratch chocolate with chocolate Rolo SMBC filling and vanilla SMBC icing with fondant accents..the choc fondant I made from Toba G's recipe..delish and recommended!!! Thanks for looking!

So, you made swiss meringue buttercream, then let it sit in fridge then attached teh fondant circles? My circles always look like they're popping out...I've tried thinner fondant, but it's hard to work with when it's rolled too thin. I have so much to learn.
