This is a cake I did for my grandma's 87th birthday. It's a 12" 2 layer white cake with white buttercream in between the layers. Then it's covered with marshmallow fondant and a huge fondant bow. I had to transport this cake 6 hours so the bow was assembled after we arrived. It was the first time for me doing a bow so big. Next time I need to give it more time to dry out.
