This is the second grooms cake that I made for a wedding on Saturday. The original cake was a replica of the Baby Grand Piano covered in black MMF, however, I dropped the cake while moving it. I thought I was going to have a heart attack. At noon I started making more batter (the cake was to be delivered at 2pm). This is a picture of the 2nd cake a 12" round with an edible image of the Baby Grand. Thankfully it was for a small wedding and they didn't want a lot of cake. At 2:15pm I was finished, Again
