Along with the wire, how did you make the happy birthday sign? It looks great! I am making some cakes for summer birthdays and this is such a cute idea!

Stella - I think the wire is 20 gauge and runkit - I have an edible image printer that I make my banners then attach to fondant and trim.

I really like the balloons on top. This is such a cute cake and nice job with smoothing your bc.
