I wanted her 13th birthday cake to be special, so the hula dancer was perfect for the top cake. I put artificial flowers instead of a border on the bottom. I did not want to take away from the hula dancer. There were 3 other hula dancers around the main cake at the bottom. This cake was a hit!! All of the teenagers loved it!
